Prepare Your Package
Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached before placing them in the original shipping mailer.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
